Can you believe October is here? I’m ready for orange leaves, football Saturdays (and Sundays) and crisp fall mornings! As we wait for it to actually feel like fall in the south, I’m sharing five things that I’ve been loving during this season of transition.

  1. TPY’s online yoga classes - After months and months of hard work and secret-keeping, our Thunderbolt Power Yoga online classes are now available! I’ve been dreaming of bringing our classes into the homes of our members since we opened the studio’s doors, and I can’t believe the day is finally here. Check out a sneak peek here and try out a monthly subscription for only $19.99 - or a one class rental for one week for $14.99!

  2. MONQ - It’s no secret that Young Living makes my absolute favorite essential oils, but I also have a favorite aromatic diffuser to share with you! MONQ makes therapeutic air diffusers that you inhale — with different formulas that address different moods and ailments you may be feeling. Learn more here, and try your own in the TPY studio today to understand why I’m so obsessed!

  3. Peyton William - I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do my favorites for the month without mentioning one of my accessories… and this time I want to introduce you to Peyton William Jewelry! Based in Charleston, SC, the brand sells necklaces, bracelets, and earrings with various stones and styles at reasonable prices for the high-quality materials.

  4. Bamboo Juices - I know, I know — another juice company! I just can’t help myself, they are so healthy and delicious… it’s a win-win! Bamboo Juices is an Atlanta-based juice company with to die for flavors, like turmeric and beets, and cilantro celery. Their cold pressed juices allow your body to absorb all the essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes while allowing your digestive system to rest - ultimately promoting systematic cleansing and increasing your energy.

  5. Art of Healing - I’m all for trying natural and alternative methods for healing, and acupuncture is one of my favorites. My favorite place in Atlanta is Art of Healing, and I’ve noticed a huge difference since starting with them. I get a lot of questions about acupuncture, so if you’d like me to do a dedicated blog post on it, let me know!
